Nothing can be bought on this site yet. This is what we are preparing, written now so that the parts we have not settled are visible rather than discovered at checkout.
These are not terms in force and not reviewed legal terms. Formal terms are being drafted and will replace this page before any purchase is possible.
A device is bought once. A printed booklet is bought per booklet. The service that answers questions is a subscription. We will always show these separately, and a required cost will never appear for the first time at checkout.
Stop paying for the Ekalavya subscription and the slate and notebook stay yours. For Saarathi, the intention is that every booklet you own keeps reading itself and only asking questions needs an active plan — we will confirm that here once it has been tested rather than stating it as a promise now.
Not settled: whether the Explainer subscription is per learner, per folio or per household, and what it covers when you own several courses. Also not settled: the renewal price after the first included year on a Smart Album or a Storybook.
A device can be returned. A booklet printed with your child's name in it, or your photographs, cannot be resold to anyone, so it is treated differently — we will reprint it at our cost if the print is faulty or does not match the proof you approved.
Proof approval is the line. What you approve is what is printed; if what arrives does not match it, that is ours to fix.
Not settled: the return window, who pays return shipping, and how a partial refund works when an order contains a device and a printed item together.
Registering interest in Saarathi, or asking about Arjuna for a school, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We do not need student records to answer a school's enquiry, and we do not ask for them.
