A printed story that reads itself aloud in the Saarathi folio, and answers a child's questions about its characters and what happens to them. Read it together, listen together, and talk about it.
Shipping starts Q1 2027. No title has finished its artwork and narration yet, so none is on sale.
A child is on a printed spread of a night sky with clouds across it. The folio has just read the page. She presses and asks where the moon has gone.
Dvani answers from the story: look at the clouds, what could be hiding behind them? She looks again at the picture in front of her, and finds it. The conversation is about the printed page — it does not rewrite the story, and it does not carry on into anything else.
This is a description of the experience we are building, illustrated with a concept sample. It is not a recording of a finished product.
The story is written so a child's name sits naturally in every line, with a dedication from you at the front.
Record the narration yourself in Studio and the printed book reads in your voice — your actual recording, played back. We do not clone voices, so we cannot read new pages in your voice later.
Building a character from a photograph of a child is something we want to do and are not doing. It needs consent, character approval and page approval built properly first, and we would rather not hold a photograph of a child before that exists.
₹2,200, bought once. The electronics live in the folio, and one folio reads every booklet you own.
from ₹250. Personalising it may cost more, depending on the title — that will be on the title, not discovered at a checkout.
The voice service is included for the first year with a Storybook. After that it is ₹250 a year.
When the first title has finished artwork and narration and been through age and content review. We will list titles one at a time as that happens, rather than publishing a catalogue of covers.
No. It reads the story. Your child asks when they want to, and it answers about the page they are on.
You can record the pages yourself in Studio, and that recording is what plays. We do not clone voices, so it cannot read anything you have not recorded.
It says the story does not say. That is deliberate: a book that confidently makes things up is worse than one that admits the limit.
Yes, and we are inviting the first partners now — see Dvani for creators.
